Want to Start CrossFit? Never done it before? Here is where to start!
The 6 class Foundations Course at CrossFit 646 is a beginner program developed to teach you the basics as you begin your journey to Elite Fitness and Health. Spend some individual time with a CrossFit Coach, with the goal of moving into our regular CrossFit Classes! This course is fast paced, highly instructional, and fun! During our Foundations Course we will:
- Prepare your body physically for CrossFit Classes
- Teach you the 9 Fundamental Movements of CrossFit
- Teach you Movements that we use regularly in Class
- Familiarize you with CrossFit Style workouts
- Teach you some basic CrossFit Theory
- Show you how to scale exercises for your ability level
- Teach you basic nutritional guidelines to help your body recover and improve performance
- Explain how to scale movements to get around and help correct any existing injuries you might have had in the past, but still stay fit!
