The Endurance Classes at CrossFit 646 are endurance based classes with the goal of improved cardiovascular endurance, fat loss, and general physical conditioning for all people including advanced CrossFit athletes to marathon runners, to total beginners. The majority of the movements will consist of running, biking, rowing and carrying. Do not be fooled! Just because this class is for “Beginners,” does not mean these classes are easy. You will be pushed in these classes and get a fantastic workout with your friends from the CrossFit 646 Community!
*These classes do not involve the use of barbells, but there will be kettlebell movements.
