Most people start here. The best way to find out if our gym and CrossFit is right for you, is to try us out! Most people drink the Kool-Aid at that point and sign up, but if you don’t like the class, no hard feelings, we can still be friends on Facebook! We’ll guide you through your first class, so no CrossFit experience is required to try it. Just fill out the contact form to the right and let us know which CrossFit Class you’d like to try and we’ll get right back to you.
We understand that CrossFit can be intimidating! Give us a call or fill out the contact form and you can stop by the gym and chat before trying a class. We’ll give you all the details and suggest the best way for you to get started. Simple
We offer highly discounted personal training to people who are new to CrossFit. The 45 minute 1 on 1 sessions with one of our coaches will whip you into shape and teach you the basics so you can feel confident going into classes! We offer this because we truly believe that CrossFit is for everyone, but you have to learn somehow! Here’s where you do it.
