  • CrossFit Foundations

    CrossFit Foundations is our introductory course for CrossFit. Its purpose is to offer new members a chance to have 1 on 1 training with a CrossFit instructor.
    The course consists of either 3 or 6 personal training sessions that last 45 minutes. These sessions will include exercise technique instruction, familiarization of CrossFit terminology and workout styles, as well as corrective exercise and scaling protocols for people with current injuries or special conditions.

  • CrossFit

    CrossFit classes are our most popular Class! Its purpose is to improve our member’s fitness and health by using constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensities. This class involves gymnastics movements, barbell movements and proven strength & conditioning progressions, making it the most effective training method for life!

  • CrossFit Performance

    CrossFit Performance is our most advanced CrossFit Class! Its purpose is to offer our members an all inclusive strength & conditioning program for athletes who wish to advance in the sport of CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting. This class involves advanced CrossFit gymnastics movements, Olympic weightlifting, Powerlifting movements and proven strength & conditioning progressions, making it the most effective training method for sport!
    Entry into this program is limited and athletes must qualify in order to be granted permission to enter the CrossFit Performance Class.

  • Personal Training

    Personal Training is for individuals who need or prefer a more individualized program for either entry into CrossFit Classes or require more specific training for the individual’s goals.
    Personal Training sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the need of the person, and are 1 on 1 with a coach.

  • Active Aging

    Active Aging is a program for the modern adult with the goal of training to live an active and healthy lifestyle as they age.
    The demographic for this class are people between the ages of 50 and 70 years of age who want to stay strong and healthy, but CrossFit is not the right fit.
    This class is high tempo, fun, instructional and socially engaging

  • Olympic Weightlifting & Gymnastics Skills

    The Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics Skills Class is designed as a class for people who need to work on specific skills in order to advance into the next level of CrossFit classes or to improve their movements for competition in Olympic Weightlifting or CrossFit. This class is coached, however the atmosphere is laid back and the coach is there to watch technique, offer cues, and drills that will help the athlete improve their performance.
