CrossFit 646 is a unique gym because of the backgrounds of their coaches. Matt and Melissa are both Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, they both have taken the USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach Course and are Club Coaches, and they both have trained athletes from youth (10 years old) to the Division 1 athlete to the Master’s (70+) athlete. They were both college athletes and have been strength coaches at Temple University, American University, and Georgetown University. In addition to that, Matt has trained hundreds of high school student-athletes who have become collegiate athletes to include Division 1 schools, Ivy League schools, and Military Academies.
