Competing in the Sport of CrossFit is a significant undertaking. As a CrossFit athlete you need to be an elite athlete in the sports of Weightlifting, Strongman, Gymnastics and Endurance Sports (monostructural). In order to compete in the combination of these sports, we must be intelligent about our programming and ensure proper technique to advance in the sport. At 646 we will help you work on advanced skills, improve technique, increase strength and endurance, and help you plan, peak and perform at competitions.
