You will work personally with one of our amazing coaches (Matt, Kendra, Brenna and Krystal) to get your nutrition where you want it to be.
646’s Approach to Nutrition: “A CrossFitter’s fundamental goal is to ‘Improve Work Capacity Across Broad Time and Modal Domains,’ or, in other words improve our Fitness. With improved Fitness, we increase our ability to live a happy lifestyle, free from disease. We will kick ass into our 90s!
In order to improve Fitness, we do Constantly Varied, Functional Movements at High Intensities (ie CrossFit) and eat enough quality foods to fuel our activities, but not add body fat. Nutrition is the Foundation!”
Our Nutrition Plan at CrossFit 646?
Initial Nutrition consultation with (30 minutes in person): Personal Intake Form, Discuss Goals, InBody Scan or Caliper Test (Initial scan and 3 more for check ins), Personalized Macro Prescription, Learn how to track Macros, Plan for success, Before and After photos optional
Bi-Weekly Check Ins (15 minutes in person)…or Weekly email check ins also available: Troubleshooting, Accountability, Restructuring of macros, Tips and tricks for meeting your goals
Who is this for?
Anyone interested in taking their nutrition to the next level! You do not have to be a member of CrossFit 646 to do the nutrition program.
Example Goals: Body Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Improved Performance in CrossFit or other sports/activities, Health and Longevity, Nutrition for Pregnancy, Try a New Diet: Keto, Paleo, Intermittent Fasting, Zone…we can guide you through all of them!
$300 for 3 months of coaching and InBody scanning. *After 3 months, you’ll be well on your way to hitting your nutritional goals. If you’d like to continue with the coaching, we have a monthly plan that we can set up for you!!!
