CrossFit 646 is a group of likeminded individuals who want more from their gym then just a bunch of fancy equipment. We want to have fun, work hard and enjoy the people around us! It’s “CHEERS,” we replaced the beer with barbells, but Everybody still knows your name! We will get you the best results you’ve ever had in your life, because you’re gonna love coming to your gym every day!
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional coaching. Our coaches are well educated, we love CrossFit and we will care about you, your goals and we’ll show you how to achieve them. We’ll show you how to perform the exercises (the magic is in the movements afterall), we’ll challenge you every workout, but we also want you to be a part of our community and our lives! Make no mistake about it, we have a good time at CrossFit 646, but we also work really HARD! We live the CrossFit Mantra of “Intensity equals results!” You have to work hard to achieve Elite Fitness and this pursuit of Elite Fitness is what will get you your results! We’ve seen this time and time again, the people who work hard in our program and love the hard work, get mind blowing results. It’s our brand of Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, done at High Intensities combined with eating a diet with meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar in the appropriate amounts that will keep us living long and healthy lives for years to come.
At our gym you will find a community of people who are dedicated to their goals and expert coaches who are committed to helping each individual member achieve those goals. Come give us a try. Your first training session is on us! Your health and performance are important to us!
Large corporate gyms or “Globo Gyms” make their money from people who pay their monthly fee and then never show up to train. Our business model thrives on a community that wants you to train. We want you to show up every day and support us while we support you in a fun and safe environment with the end goal being elite fitness and health. We want you to take off your headphones and enjoy the people around you. In our classes, people regularly meet some of the best friends they will ever have.
We also coach you every step of the way. We staff some of the best coaches around, just check out our “about us” page. We teach you every technique you need to know, in addition to offering nutritional advice and motivation for training. If you have an injury, we will help you work out around the injury or help you rehab it. If you can’t do the workout of the day or “WOD” we will help you modify it to your age, ability and skill level.
