Our goal in CrossFit is to create a community of people who kick ass into their 90’s!
Our Foundations program is a series of 3 personal training sessions where you will work 1 on 1 with a CrossFit Coach. During the 45 minute sessions, we’ll teach you about CrossFit, help you learn the basic movements, and start building your Fitness, so that you can feel confident starting CrossFit classes!
The Sport of Crossfit is about competition. In addition to CrossFit Classes, competitors perform accessory workouts that aid them as they compete in local and regional competitions including the worldwide CrossFit Open, Regionals and Games. At 646 we provide programming and coaching for athletes who wish to compete in all levels of CrossFit.
CrossFit 646 is the home of the 646 Weightlifting Club. In the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, athletes compete in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. At 646 we have had athletes compete locally, at Junior National Championships, University National Championships, Masters National Championships, the American Open, and the USAW National Championships. We accept athletes of all levels and look forward to helping you progress at the lifts!
At 646 we have a nice group of young athletes. They range from teens who play sports outside of classes, teens who compete in CrossFit and teens who believe in staying fit for life! Our teens participate in CrossFit classes, our Summer Teens Camp, Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit Competitor Programs
If you’re not interested in classes, then we have a Personal Trainer who will develop a program and guide you through workouts that are tailored made for your goals.

You will work personally with one of our amazing coaches (Matt, Kendra, Brenna and Krystal) to get your nutrition where you want it to be.
We love fitness and we love sharing it with your kids. The KIDS CrossFit Classes approaches fitness through the lens of FUN, and ultimately hopes to foster a lifelong love of fitness. The skills addressed include most of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements, and the time frame accommodates the developing abilities of kids in grade K-5.
