Our “Personal Training” sessions consist of a 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 workout with you and one of our highly qualified trainers or coaches. This program begins with a health and fitness history questionnaire, fitness physical and goals form. Using these tools, your personal trainer will develop a program specific to you and your goals. We have some of the most versatile trainers in the area so if you have a goal, you can be sure that we can help you attain it in the most efficient manner possible.
We currently offer 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions and you do not have to be a member of our gym to sign up.
