Laura grew up in Tucson, attending Catalina Foothills High School and the University of Arizona. She played a variety of sports growing up but focused on her golf career throughout high school. She discovered CrossFit on a vacation to Florida in 2015 and fell in love. She moved to Melbourne, FL in 2018 to work at Brevard Zoo and received her Level 1 certification in 2019. Laura coached at CrossFit Viera for several years before moving back to Tucson.
After moving back to Tucson, she found CrossFit 646 and joined right away. Laura is currently a firefighter with TFD. She loves sharing her passion for CrossFit with the other members of CrossFit 646 as well as her friends.
