You perform the movements like singing the song. 200m run then 2 bar muscle ups + 200m run then 3 thrusters + 2 Bar Muscle Ups + 200m run etc until you complete the round with 12 manmakers. There’s nothing like trudging through a grueling workout with friends before the Christmas festivities!!!
