10 Strict Chest to Bar Pull Ups **Scale 5 negative C2B pull-ups or ring rows
10 Strict Ring Dips ***Scale: jumping to support on rings or straight bar (you can also just do Straight bar dips if they are not ready for rings)
10 Pistols alternating legs
*Pick a scale (or reps) and that is attainable and try to maintain it over the 6 sets
Then:
AMRAP in 9 minutes of:
10 Squat Snatches 62/43kg 135/95lbs
10 Calorie Row
10 Toes to Bar
