CrossFit Class 3/8

We will be doing CrossFit Open Workout 19.3 in morning classes. The workout will be announced on Games.crossfit.com Thursday evening.

Friday Night will be Friday Night Lights. All regularly scheduled classes are cancelled. Come out and do the Open Workout with us in fun and motivating atmosphere. We will start at 4:30pm and finish up around 7pm
