Shoulder-to-overheads, 135 lb.
Chest-to-bar pull-ups

Rest to Full Recovery Then:

Every 2 Minutes for 14 Minutes
Bench Press 5 reps @ 70% of 1RM
1 Arm DB Row 6 per arm
