1 Mile for time
Rest to Full Recovery Then:
Tabata This:
Assault Bike
Air Squats
Sit Ups

Then run 1 mile immediately following the tabata

Score each mile and total reps on tabata

*focus – How to correctly make bar contact at the hip!
