Endurance Class
Run, Row, or Bike
General Running Drills
2 minutes at 50%
rest 45 seconds
2 minutes at 60%
rest 45 seconds
2 minutes at 70%

Then Every 5 Minutes for 25 Minutes
Run 400 Meters, Row 500 Meters, or Bike 30,20 Calories
Rest the remaining time. (Goal is to run/row/bike these very fast, for example run faster than your
best mile pace or row better than your best 2k pace)

5 Minute cool down of the movement you used the most in the workout.
