Tabata Warm Up

“The Truffle Shuffle”
For Time in Teams of 2
800m Run…athletes run together
then athletes alternate Full Rounds for 8 Rounds
4 Right Arm Hang Snatches
6 Right Arm Alternating Reverse Lunges
8 Right Arm Push Press
…Athlete 1 does right arm…Athlete 2 does right arm…that’s 1 round
Then both athletes do the left arm and that will count as 2 rounds.
**So each athlete will do 4 rounds per arm
