Hell’s Bells!!!

1) Kettlebell Clean and Press
5 sets x 8 reps/side

2) Kettlebell Snatch

5 sets x 8 reps/side

3) Kettlebell Shoulder Press

5 sets x 8 reps/side

4) Kettlebell Swing
5 sets x 25 reps
120 seconds rest

*Goal is perfect technique then do each set without dropping the bell!
