Work to the days heavy on both of the following lifts:
Snatch (PO) then 4×1 @80% (O)
Clean & Jerk (PO) then 4×1 @ 80% (O)
Pause Squat X/3×4 (PO)

“Badger” (P)
Complete three rounds for time of:
95 pound Squat clean, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
Run 800 meters
