Every 3 Minutes for 12 Minutes

Perform 1 set Every 90 Seconds until All sets are completed

5 Snatch Deadlifts Clean & Jerk 70%/2, 75%/2, 80%/1×5
5 Snatches

Every 2 Minutes for 6 Minutes

5 Overhead Squats 8 Back Squats
20 Double Unders
 Use a weight that will allow you to finish all 4 sets in the allotted time! Also there is a burpee penalty for every time you put the bar down and for every missed double under.  The burpees are done after the 12 minutes.  Record your total time including the burpees!
