For Max Reps
Begin the workout with a set of Max Unbroken Wall Balls
Rest 1 Minute
Then Perform 3 rounds for max reps of:
1 Minute of Rowing for Calories
1 Minute of Rest
1 minute of KB Swings 32/24kg
1 Minute of Rest
1 Minute of strict Handstand Push from Deficit 2/1″
1 Minute Rest
After the 3 round are complete, finish with another max set of Unbroken Wall Balls
