*For those of you who are competing in “FITTEST OF 646” tomorrow, I’d highly suggest taking the day off, scaling this workout or just going at this workout at 75% or so.  It’s going to be a long day tomorrow at higher intensity than you’re used to training at.  Make sure you are well rested!
