15 Thrusters 44/30kg
15 Toes to Bar Every 3 Minutes for 15 Minutes Perform the Following
Max Burpees with the remaining time 8 Pistols
*You may partician the thrusters and toes to bar as needed 10 Meter Handstand Walk
*Repeat for 3 Rounds and your score is total burpees 15/10 Chest to Bar Pull Up
30/20 Deficit Push ups
*Add 1 to 2 reps per round from 2 weeks ago
