* Hold the finish position until perfectly balanced.  Progress up in weight as form allows 20 Thrusters 25/17kg
Rest 2 minutes

3 Rounds for Time:

20 Thrusters 50/35kg 100 Double Unders
Rest 2 minutes 5 (2 Burpees + 3 Jumping Chest to Bars)
*complete two burpees and then three unbroken chest to bar pull ups

immediately following the burpees.
