If you are competing on Saturday, then you have the day off. Mobilize at the gym or at home.

(P) Not for those lifting on Saturday
“Mary”
Complete as Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Pistols
*15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups / Pull Ups if you’re doing Mary for a score

Then
“Cindy”
Complete as Many Rounds as Possible in 20 Minutes of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Then Run 1.5 Miles to finish
