Then with the remaining time alternate full rounds with a partner of:
7 Wall Balls
5 Burpee Muscle Ups or Burpee Pull Ups
3 Squat Snatch 62/43kg or Snatch 43/30kg

Rest 2 Minutes and then Repeat

Then 250 Meter Row For Time
