Rest 30 Seconds 1 Snatch
30 Seconds of Weighted Plank Then:
Rest 30 Seconds Front Squat 60%/5, 65%/4, 70%/4, 75%/3, 80%/3, 85%/2, 90%/1×2
  *rest 2-3 minutes between sets
