EMOM for 8 Minutes Snatch 75%/2 80%/1×6
8 Front Press Then:
8 Pull Ups Take 8 minutes to work to a Heavy Triple on Overhead Squat
Then:
Then Back Squat heavy/3×3
8 Rounds for Time Then 4 Rounds of:
200M Shuttle Run 5 Push Press
8 Push Press 44/35kg 5 Weighted Chest to Bar
8 Burpees Over the Bar 15 GHSU
*Do all three exercises with minimal rest then rest 1 minute after the Sit Ups
Then 8 rounds for max calories and reps of:
30 seconds on the Assault Bike
30 seconds rest
