1 Power Snatch @ 70%
Then For Time: Rest 1 Minute then repeat 6 times adding weight if possible for each cluster
Row 800 Meters
20 Push Press 50/35kg Then Every 10 seconds for 30 seconds
20 Strict Pull Ups 1 Power Clean + Push Jerk @ 70%
100 Double Unders Rest 1 Minute then repeat 6 times adding weight if possible for each cluster
20 Strict Pull Ups
20 Push Press 50/35kg Then Deadlift 4,2,6,6,6
Run 800 Meters Work up to a Medium set of 6 (similar weight to last week’s deadlifts for 10)
Then AMRAP in 6 Minutes of:
